This creamy caramel apple cheesecake dip with toffee bits is a quick, no-bake dessert that comes together in 10 minutes. Perfect for fall gatherings or last-minute dessert emergencies, it’s a crowd-pleaser that disappears faster than any cake or pie.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 1 medium apple, finely diced (Granny Smith recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it out for about 30 minutes, or microwave on low power for 10-15 seconds until it leaves an indent when pressed.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides halfway through.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat on low speed first, then increase to medium and mix for another minute until well combined and silky.
  4. Fold in the caramel sauce, reserving about 2 tablespoons for drizzling on top. Fold gently until mostly combined, leaving some swirls of caramel.
  5. Stir in the toffee bits and diced apple, reserving a small handful of toffee bits for topping. Fold gently without overmixing.
  6. Transfer to a serving bowl. Spread evenly, then drizzle reserved caramel sauce over the top in a zigzag pattern. Sprinkle with reserved toffee bits and a pinch of sea salt if using.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately. The dip can be covered and refrigerated for up to 24 hours.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is truly softened to avoid lumps. Dice apple small (pea-sized) and toss with lemon juice to prevent browning if desired. For a prettier presentation, layer half the cream cheese mixture, then apples and toffee bits, then repeat. Toasted toffee bits (3-4 minutes at 350°F) add extra crunch. The dip tastes even better the next day after flavors meld.
