This candy corn bark with pretzels is a quick and easy Halloween treat that combines crunchy pretzels, creamy white chocolate, and chewy candy corn. It’s perfect for parties, classroom celebrations, or a fun weekend project with the kids.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces (about 2 cups) white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 cup (about 150 grams) candy corn
  • 1 ½ cups (about 100 grams) mini pretzel twists
  • 2 tablespoons Halloween-themed sprinkles (optional)
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a half-sheet pan with parchment paper, extending slightly over the edges for easy removal.
  2. Place white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat in 20-second intervals until almost melted. Stir until smooth.
  3. Pour about three-quarters of the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even rectangle, about ¼-inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle mini pretzel twists evenly over the melted chocolate and press gently to adhere.
  5. Distribute candy corn over the pretzels, pressing each piece lightly into the chocolate.
  6. Drizzle the remaining melted white chocolate over the top using a spoon or piping bag.
  7. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with Halloween sprinkles and a pinch of flaky sea salt, if using.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until completely firm. For a quicker set, freeze for 20 minutes.
  9. Once set, lift the parchment paper and break the bark into irregular pieces with your hands. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week.

Notes

Do not overheat white chocolate; it burns easily. Work quickly once chocolate is melted. For dairy-free, use dairy-free white chocolate. For gluten-free, use gluten-free pretzels. Store at room temperature to keep pretzels crunchy.
